All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), and payment must be made in USD via Stripe Payment.

Craft Name Sign reserves the right to adjust product prices without prior notice. The prices shown throughout the store are accurate and will be reflected at checkout.

Shipping rates displayed on our shipping information page are accurate and will also be reflected at checkout.

You will be billed the exact amount shown in your order at checkout, with no additional charges.

In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, Craft Name Sign will refund any deducted amount to your account.

Payment is required upon order acceptance. Once your order is submitted, Craft Name Sign may receive the payment due for the order.

Craft Name Sign retains the right to accept or decline payments in any form. We do not retain payment account, credit card, or debit card details.

To complete an order, Craft Name Sign will request the following information: Customer’s email/phone number, Customer’s shipping address, and Customer’s billing address.

Shipping Timeframe

Your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days after processing (3-4 days).
