How can I choose a design?
You have the flexibility to select from Craft Name Sign’s existing designs or opt for our complimentary design service.
How can I request a free design?
To create your own Metal Signs, simply fill out our Design Request Form (or message us on our Facebook page) with a clear description of your desired design and your email address. Upon submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please confirm your request via email, and we’ll send you a free draft and pricing details within 24 hours.
What if I need to modify the design after receiving a draft?
We offer complimentary design services and responsive customer support. Just let us know the modifications you require, and our Craft Name Sign designers will adjust the prototype accordingly.
How do I place an order after approving the design?
Once you approve the design, we’ll send you a price quote and a product link. Please use the provided link to finalize your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We recommend allowing up to 14 days from the date of order for delivery, although it often arrives sooner. Each product is made to order, whether it’s a custom design or a preset. For detailed shipping information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What should I do if I incur import fees/taxes?
Import duties and taxes may apply based on your order’s origin, size, weight, and value. It is the recipient’s responsibility to cover all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Can I track my order?

What if my tracking number isn’t working?

What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

If your sign hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance. Our support team will investigate and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

In the rare event that your sign arrives damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement is sent to you promptly.
Does my sign come with a warranty?
Yes, all our items are backed by a 24-month warranty. Please contact us if you encounter any issues within this period.
Can I request a return, refund, or replacement?
Due to the custom nature of our items, returns are not accepted. However, replacements or refunds are available for faulty or significantly different products. Contact us with the required information to initiate the process.
