- Installation: Mark the positions for the pre-designed holes on the wall. Drill holes or insert nails/screws into the marked spots. Hang the sign securely on the wall using the pre-designed holes.
- Ensure the sign is securely mounted and stable.
- Ensure you have all the necessary tools and materials, including a 5V USB adapter (not included) and a CR1220 3V battery for the remote control (not included).
Installation:
- Mark the positions for the pre-designed holes on the wall.
- Drill holes or insert nails/screws into the marked spots.
- Hang the sign securely on the wall using the pre-designed holes.
- Ensure the LED lights attached behind the sign are properly aligned and not tangled.
- Plug the LED lights into a 5V USB adapter using the USB plug and connect to a power outlet.
- Insert a CR1220 3V battery into the remote control.
- Use the remote to turn the lights on/off, change colors, adjust brightness, and set the timer.
- Confirm the sign is securely mounted and the LED lights function as expected.
- Always ensure the lights are securely attached and the USB plug is correctly connected before use.
- Avoid overloading the USB adapter; do not use a higher voltage adapter.
- Dust regularly with a dry cloth.
- For deeper cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools to prevent scratches.
- Keep the sign away from excessive moisture to prevent rusting.
- Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
- Mount the sign in a sheltered area to protect it from harsh weather.
- Periodically check for wear or damage.
- Dust the metal surface with a dry cloth.
- For LED components, use a soft, damp cloth, ensuring the power is off during cleaning.
- Avoid direct water exposure to protect the LED components.
- Ensure all power connections are secure and free from moisture.
- For safety, LED lights are not recommended for outdoor metal signs. Use only the metal sign without LED lights for outdoor settings.
- Regularly inspect the sign and mounting hardware for stability.
- Replace the CR1220 3V battery as needed. If the remote stops working, replace the battery or use the Zengge App for LED light adjustments.

Please be aware: You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after making the purchase. However, if the cancellation occurs after this timeframe, a 30% fee will be imposed as the item would have already begun production.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Order Returns:
Due to the unique craftsmanship of our products tailored for each customer, they cannot be resold, reused, or donated. As a result, we do not facilitate returns but suggest considering replacement or refund options as alternatives.
How to Initiate a Replacement/Refund:
If you believe your order warrants a replacement, refund, or return, please follow these steps within 7 days to request an appropriate resolution:
Capture a photo/video of the product alongside a snapshot of the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting. Ensure clarity to demonstrate the item's eligibility for a replacement, refund, or return.
Reach out to us at support@handmadetneonsign.com, explaining the reason for seeking a replacement/refund and attaching the photo from step one. Any additional relevant details will be appreciated.
We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm your request. If the provided information is unclear, we may request further clarification. Please reply within 7 business days to avoid closure of your case due to insufficient evidence.
If your request is approved, there are two types of approvals:
Replacement Approval: We'll dispatch a new item to you at our expense via standard shipping. Once available, we'll email you the tracking code. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the replacement to reach you.
Refund Approval: We'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
