- Unpack Your Kit: Verify the contents: neon sign, power adapter, dimmer, CR2025 3V battery remote, wall-mounting bracket, and screws.
- Mounting the Sign: Attach the sign to your desired location using the wall-mounting bracket and screws. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Power Connection: Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Connect the adapter to the neon sign’s power input.
- Battery Installation: Insert the CR2025 3V battery into the remote control, ensuring correct polarity.
- Adjusting Brightness and Settings: Use the remote control to adjust brightness and other settings as described in the user manual.
- Final Check: Ensure all connections are secure and test the sign to confirm it’s functioning properly.
For Larger Signs with More Neon Strips:

Capture a photo/video of the product alongside a snapshot of the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting. Ensure clarity to demonstrate the item's eligibility for a replacement, refund, or return.

We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm your request. If the provided information is unclear, we may request further clarification. Please reply within 7 business days to avoid closure of your case due to insufficient evidence.
If your request is approved, there are two types of approvals:
Replacement Approval: We'll dispatch a new item to you at our expense via standard shipping. Once available, we'll email you the tracking code. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the replacement to reach you.
Refund Approval: We'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
