Our handcrafted products typically require a processing time of 3-4 business days. Depending on specific item details, a few additional days may be necessary. However, most orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

What is the expected delivery timeframe for metal signs?
Metal signs typically arrive within 14 days of order placement, often sooner. Each item on our website, whether customized or standard, is made to order. Production generally takes 3-4 business days, with shipping requiring an additional 7-10 business days.

How should I handle import fees/taxes that I’ve incurred?
Import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on factors such as the origin country, size, weight, and order value.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Occasionally, it may take up to 5 days to receive this email. If not received, please contact us at [email protected].

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers may take 1-3 days to become active in the courier’s system. If it remains inactive after four business days, please contact us.

What should I do if I haven’t received a shipment notification?
If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not found there, please contact us with your shipping details.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check around your property and with neighbors. If still not located, please contact your local post office. If you’re unable to find it, please reach out to us.

Which carriers are used to ship my order?
We work with USPS, DHL, or OSM based on the recipient’s address for faster delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please expect a longer delivery time for orders shipped to these addresses.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately for quicker delivery. If you believe there’s an issue, please contact us.

Shipping multiple orders/Address changes
Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or change shipping addresses once an order is in processing.
