Policies

We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products starting from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with the product, customers are requested to email us with details of the damage, along with a picture or video, at support@craftnamesign.com. We will then evaluate the severity of the issue and determine if it can be resolved with a spare part or if a full replacement is necessary. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover incidents where the product is damaged due to external circumstances beyond our control.

REPLACEMENT: We will ship a new item via standard shipping.
