We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products starting from the date of purchase. We will then evaluate the severity of the issue and determine if it can be resolved with a spare part or if a full replacement is necessary. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover incidents where the product is damaged due to external circumstances beyond our control.
