- Hang the sign securely

- Plug into a 5V USB adapter (not included)
- Connect to a power outlet
Remote Control (if applicable)- Insert battery into the remote (not included)
- Use the remote to: Turn on/off, change colors, adjust brightness
Final Check- Ensure the sign is securely mounted
- Test LED lights (if applicable)
- Check for loose parts
Important Notes- Use a USB adapter for LED lights
- Do not overload the adapter

We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products starting from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with the product, customers are requested to email us with details of the damage, along with a picture or video, at support@craftnamesign.com. We will then evaluate the severity of the issue and determine if it can be resolved with a spare part or if a full replacement is necessary. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover incidents where the product is damaged due to external circumstances beyond our control.
