Policies
We provide a 12-month warranty for all our products starting from the date of purchase. If there are any issues with the product, customers are requested to email us with details of the damage, along with a picture or video, at support@craftnamesign.com. We will then evaluate the severity of the issue and determine if it can be resolved with a spare part or if a full replacement is necessary. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover incidents where the product is damaged due to external circumstances beyond our control.

- Delivery Time = Handle Time + Shipping
- Time Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. EST will be handled the next day.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, there may be delays in shipments by a few days. Please anticipate additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment process, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

- RETURNS: Due to the personalization of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.
- REPLACEMENT: We will ship a new item via standard shipping.
- REFUNDS: The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Take clear photos/videos of the product and the Order Label/Cover Package on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Email support@craftnamesign.com, attaching the photos, and providing relevant details. We’ll respond within 24 hours, requesting further clarification if necessary.
