Please Note:
• Delivery Time = Handle Time + Shipping
• Time Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. EST will be handled the next day.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, there may be delays in shipments by a few days. Please anticipate additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment process, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• RETURNS: Due to the personalization of our products for each customer, we do not accept returns.
• REPLACEMENT: We will ship a new item via standard shipping.
• REFUNDS: The refund will be processed within 5 business days.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund:

• Take clear photos/videos of the product and the Order Label/Cover Package on a flat, well-lit surface.
• Email support@craftnamesign.com, attaching the photos, and providing relevant details. We’ll respond within 24 hours, requesting further clarification if necessary.
